One of the benefits of vFire is you can have as many license free portals as you want.  However, they all share the same Portal Display Categories.  The system should treat these exactly like My Options and allow you to create one that you share between portal systems, or you can have a unique one for each system. 

This would allow you to have an IT Portal - with IT categories and an HR Portal with only HR categories.  It would present a much cleaner interface to the user of the portal.
