Knowledge Filtering in Portal

Have the ability to filter a knowledge article by their 'organisation' for customers using the Portal, so that Knowledge Searches will only return results that are applicable to them.

 

E.g.  A portfolio with 3 agencies, Agency X, Y and Z (all in vFire), have articles and systems that are both independent to them but some that are also common across all agencies (For example, the password reset procedure may be the same, but a particular application accessed by all 3 agencies may be handled by 3 different departments).  The ability to have a customer from Agency X search the knowledge bank and return only articles that are applicable to Agency X would reduce the clutter and confusion of non-relevant articles.
