Within Core designer there is the ability to create custom Approval Approve and Approval Reject screens. This enables customers to enter information into a custom field which may then be placed on subsequent task screens within the workflow, to avoid officers having to reference request history to find info provided. This functionality currently only exists in Core Portal, whereas vFire Portal has a hard-coded approval notes screen/pop-up
