We would find a vFire integration very useful to our business. Possible features could include:
- Presence indicator for users - so we can see if which users are online when reviewing workloads
- CTI interface for Skype voice calls, allowing the analyst instant access to previous calls logged by the user
- Ability to initiate a chat from within an incident and have the chat log added to the vFire history
- Ability for end users to initiate a chat using the Skype for Buiness client, rather than initiating a chat via the vFire Self Service Portal
We are planning to release an MS Teams Chat Connector with 10.4.
It would be very great if there was a connector with which to do things like log calls from events

We do a lot of round the globe 24x7 support and this would help a lot in being more flexible and efficient.
As Microsoft moves to teams extend to this as well.
