WFP IT uses vFire Core, Officer and mobile across the organisation globally.
All the system analysts sometimes find themselves in the most remote locations where there is no internet connection.
This results in the inability to log a request and or view ones current/group calls.
A great addition to the vFire product and or feature would be to have an “OFFLINE” mode.
In offline mode once the internet connection is restored then the calls can be re-synced.
Also in off-line mode there could be the possibility to access the mobile device and log calls in a simplistic form and then once connected the form can be sync’d
Some off-line processing such as logging calls/requests is being considered for a future release.
