One of our colleagues has recently started using the Workload view to check all of the existing calls she is linked to while using the Item Type Filter. She is a Manager of several offices and requires a view to filter between these locations for Requests, Incidents and Tasks. Unfortunately she has discovered that when she closes vFire and relaunches it, it does not keep the filtering.

This would be useful across all views in vFire to save time and to help ensure that the views are setup for each users needs. If necessary, an alternative option is to try and introduce a Saved View option (similar to Saved Search but based on views and it keeps the filtering too).
