This request has been reviewed by the Product Management Team but it has not yet made it into an accepted Feature to be included in the product. Please raise this with your Account Manager if you would like to escalate this request. At the moment we are planning improvements to Chat (the native module) in v9.11 and have also been looking at Skype for Business integration however there has not been anything done relating to Bomgar. This is of course possible to investigate as a customised connector.
