Now that vFire includes the chat capability it would be a useful addition to amalgamate a combination of for example quick solutions into the chat function to facilitate a chat bot. For all common issues an end user would open the chat bot and start typing and the issue would appear of which they could then interact with the chat bot to assist. This could be common issues, repairs, installations, bookings etc. This would be an ideal bolt on to the chat feature and add further options for end user self service.
