Enable CI Identification from Email Subject/Body

If an event monitor triggers a mail to vFire to then log a call introducing the ability to identify the CI effected could then associate the CI to the call - reducing the need for analysts to do so.

Will enhance event handling.

    This should be possible using the Email Event Connector.

    I would go further to say that it would be great if any field could be mapped in a call (or request) if the right formatting is found in the email.
