Add the ability to disable/hide the magnifying

Add the ability to disable/hide the magnifying glass on fields within Self Service forms

Clicking the magnifying glass on form fields within Self Service brings up a Search Screen. We have developed forms where the Search Screen is not applicable, and therefore confuses our clients. We would like the ability to hide/disable the magnifying glass so that the Search Screen cannot be accessed.
