Suggested items in request catalogue search on self service

Hi, An idea from one of our managers.

 

He believes the suggested knowledge feature on the call screen is fantastic.

 

Could a form of that be incorporated into the request catalogue screen? We've got quite a lot of service actions now and anything that can help the users find the right service actions is a win.
