Presently the Base Knowledge Knowledge Search Criteria Screen cannot be editted. No extra fields can be added and no Free text can be added to advise Customers on how to best search. The only thing you can change is to hide fields that are presently there and change the label.
We would like to be able to add extra fields that we have added to the review screen (as the screen that the analyst sees is also not editable) to be able to be added so the Customer can search on these fields too e.g. their KBs relating to their Organisation.
We would also like to be able to add Free Text to this screen so we can give the Customer's instructions or advise how best to search.
