Would like description field maximized

Would like description field maximized dynamically to the screen size to have more information displayed.

When open Service Manager maximized to the screen size the description the fields remain in the position they are, only the gray area is extended. It would be great to have the description field maximized dynamically to the screen size to have more information displayed.
