Currently in the self-service portal, when selecting Type of call, the user is able to choose the word Select.. as a option - and log the call with this. By not making this possible to choose, the calls will be logged correctly with less delay.
Hi Simon, Is the Type field mandatory on the Call Submission screen? If it is you can flag the field in Screen Designer with 'No Default Value' which will mean the 'Select..' value will not get displayed (this is the Unspecified value).
Or do you wish to set No Default Value on the Type field without it being Mandatory (Required)?
