Currently in vFire self service end users would not necessarily know what is the best option to choose when presented with the Service Search Screen, nor would they be aware of the service ref. If this search screen is configurable in Designer, the screen could be updated to better meet an individual customer's requirements. For example, either existing fields could be amended or deleted or some help text added to guide the user in identifying the correct service choice.

Also it would be useful to be able to prevent this screen coming up and provide the level of searching the customer can do against a service (my, my organisation etc) set in the self service search options for service.
