At present there is no option to limit when user surveys are sent. A survey will be received by the end user whether the request resulted in a successful or unsuccessful completion. It would be beneficial if such an option could be made available and configurable through the user survey admin function, having requests being sent out by default for requests which have been closed but either rejected during the approval process or have been unsuccessfully implemented will almost always result in a negative survey response. This could be tied in to implementation profiles and sent based on values selected by the vFire Admin.
This would also be very useful for calls closed as "unresolved" or with a state "No Response from Customer".
