Can we have an option in Surveys to create a ticket based on the response. Could use Rules Builder to query the result from the Survey Possibly allow for multiple rules. Choose a template to create the call from based on these rules. Have a Mapping feature to copy data from the original call or request to the new call. Have a Mapping feature to copy the data from the survey to the new call. AHS purchased a survey tool to log calls if a customer says they are not happy with the service. More complete to do this in the product.
