Surveys for Workflows are not very usable

Surveys for Workflows are not very usable Cannot use the Closing group as not practical for requests NGC require surveys to be based on workflow template or process. Maybe have an exclusion on some templates instead of specific templates. Or inclusion on workflow process Possibly add Rules Builder

    A number of customers have asked about having the RUles Builder on the Customer Survey for Calls & Requests, as there are some profiled Calls/Requests that they never want surveyed, or they want alternate surveys taken on.
