Filter Request Surveys being sent based on a type of workflow

Customer wanted an enhancement for Request Surveys to have additional logic to filter out surveys being sent based on aa type of workflow. One way we could build this into the product is to use the Rules Builder on the Survey screen and allow the Admin to select the set of rules to filter. They could be the Workflow Profile Type. It could be the Workflow Template. It could be the priority of the workflow. The same would be applied to Calls to add additional filtering on the logic that is currently there. It is not too hard to implement this. There would need to be work done to Config Port to export and Import these rules which are done elsewhere now such as Rules Builder for Dynamic Screens. Surveys need to go to certain people based on more than just who closed the request. Closign a request is different to closing a call. Can be closure tasks as opposed to a group looking after closing items.
