Customer Survey email notifications
Is there a way to configure the survey notification to be send to customers once a day in a specifc hour/end of day ? Currently when customer get a closed call notification he get in parallel the survey notification even befire the closed call notification.. I wanted the option to send the survey notifications at the end of the day or the day after call was closed/completed so the customer will have to opportunity to test the solution given to him instead getting both notifications. The survey notification was received 1 minutes before the closed call notification ? this is not reasonable...
