As per vFire Support call 43276, it was identified that there's a gap with being able to report on requests and tasks.  Although there are some basic reports for Requests, Tasks and/or workflows, they're not as complete as we're looking for - Given that our workload is moving more towrads structured workflows, the need to have robust reporting on Requests/Tasks is ever increasing.  At the moment we're using 3rd party tools in an attempt to get better information.

One example would be the number of Requests logged with an attached service over a period of time, and the tasks actioned by teams (and how long it took each team to make up the life of the entire request).

I would have thought this type of reporting was standard, but apparently it isn't.  It'd be great to have!
