Call Linking - Search defaults to include IPK Status (Problem), Service and Type Tier pre selected This needs to be set to have no Search Criteria to be preselected Throughout the Product it would be really useful if you could set through the Admin tool which Search Criteria was set by default, when Linking Calls or any of the Searches, that pre populate search criteria. Most customers I am onsite with, need to remove these selections, as they are not relevant. 1 particular example is Call Linking. FF HR only use Incident IPK Status, however when they do a Call Search to link a call, it pre populates the IPK Status to "Problem" a status that is not used in their setup. Also People may be may be linked in the CMDB to an Organisation and Organisations linked to Locations, however when linking calls the calls you want to find may not have the same criteria as the call being linked from so again Officers have an annoyance to untick the criteria before they can search properly. This was an example of bgc recently but it is often a comment that comes out of Training/UAT.
