Prevent access to Call Templates in Call Searches to only those Officers who have "Administer Call templates", checkbox on Call Searches should be hidden for all other officers in the Search Criteria as is confusing and also allows Officers to amend a Call Template at the moment even though they are not able to administer them through the IPK Management Security Role (Admin Menu).
