Bulletin Creation - when adding Request/Task/Incident the search should pre-populate with the netered number for the Request/Task/Incident

Currently when you create a new bulletin and want to link a Request/Task/Incident, you have to click on the search button and then enter your criteria, then search. It would be nice if the Request/Task/Incident you enter on the bulletin screen filters down to the search screen so all you need to do is double click on the one you want.
