Call/Request Search and Reporting for Configuration Items in Deleted Status

Once a Configuration Item is put into a Deleted status you're not able to see Calls/Requests which were logged against it in the Search screens, as well as Reporting options are no longer available.

We'd like the CI's to stay unavailable from Officers to log against, however it would be quite useful for management to still be able to Search or Report against these Deleted CI's instead of having them hidden from the entire system.
