In order to put an element of control around the way that BOSS Analysts/Officers search the knowledge bank, I wanted to have the standard KB Search as the preferred method, rather than Knowledge Bank Admin Search.  Unfortunately we found that there was no way to delegate permissions for the KB Administrator search, as it was open to anybody who had Author permissions.

I'd like to request the ability to delegate which Knowledge Role gets access to the Knowledge Bank Admin search.  As a byproduct, this will also limit the ability for the KCS 1 role to search on Expired and Deleted articles, which are not relevant to them when handling a call from a customer.
