At the moment finding the Email message templates in System Administration->System->Message Types can be a pain due to them all being dumped on the one screen. There is no way to restrict it just to the ones you want to modify. After saving a message type it also refreshes the screen which takes it back up to the top of the screen. So there is a need to keep scrolling down when dealing with a call template which is down the bottom of the list or even half way down.

The ability to have a drop down filter similar to what is seen on the designer screens to be able to search/filter would be great.
