Person template applied to new customers created via incoming email Can you please tell me where I can specify what Person template is used when a Customer is created via incoming email – I can’t see a setting for it anywhere! Customer would like to be able to set a template for creation of new users when users are created via email, when log calls annoymously is turned on in incoming email settings.
