Email Template - Pre-set an email template with recipients already listed.

  • We can pre-set an email template with recipients already listed e.g. like in an Outlook OST file?
    • If so, can we also have the option to change them if we need to?
  • We can pre-set an email template with an attachment (which links to our Document management system we have the hyperlink to) ?
  • Can we restrict certain email templates to specific IPK screens?
