When attempting to set the 'Profile' field in a Knowledge Bank template as mandatory, we found that it could not be done.

I'd like to suggest that the ability to make the Profile field mandatory be implemented, so that this field can be used consistently to gather data and make it somewhat reliable for reporting: I've also seen many instances where the profile field has unfortunately been left as 'Other/Unknown', which adds no value to the knowledge bank articles or tickets for that matter.

I understand that 'Other/Unknown' itself is a selection and therefore would bypass any mandatory setting, so this is another issue that would need to be worked around.
