Add ability for Knowledge Admin to modify contributer list against articles. I am receiving more complaints from people who are contributors on articles, but have moved on to other departments. They are receiving notifications for articles in Review Requested status, etc., that no longer apply to them. I had suggested a change that would allow an admin to modify the list of contributors on an article. I think we had left it as a modification for a future patch or upgrade. Do you have any update on this? It's becoming a bigger issue on a regular basis. ??? Regards,

    We struggle with this same issue as well. If ASM allowed you to assign an IPK group as an owner and/or notification group, it would probably solve this issue.

    I would propose that agents can add or remove themselves as contributors from articles, not only the admin.

    The ability to add people to a Contributor list would also be helpful, as I'm finding that those people who aren't involved in the KCS Method do contribute knowledge, and would like to be advised if that knowledge is ever marked for review (or updated).
