When setting up agreements for workflow tasks I would like to have the following:
- 1st escalation: to the user who has been assigned to the task
- 2nd escalation: to the manager of the user who has been assigned the task
- 3rd escalation: to the manager of the manager of the user who has been assigned the task
the user and user's manager are already available, however, the user's manager's manager is not.
This is a very common scenario.
It would be useful to make this consistent across the product, you can manage the number of levels for stakeholder assigning/sending of messaging tasks.
