Is it possible to add a field so you can add the owner of this group / reporting manager.

This way when someone requests to be added to a specific queue we know who the owner of that queue is so they have to get approval from them instead of keeping an excel spreadsheet outside of vFire to manage this.

That way our form can automatically forward the ticket through to the owner to approve their request instead of them having to search through the excel spreadsheet first before they log a ticket.
