Ability to create a standard task at any point in a workflow and assign it to someone.
Ability to create a standard task at any point in a workflow and assign it to someone. May want to click on one task that currently exists and say Add New. Have the task link to the same start point and return to the end point. May need to give the manager rights to edit the dependencies of this task separately so it can be linked or unlinked. Or for first attempt, just add it as a simple branch.

Analysts can have the Edit Workflow permission added to their role and this allows Live Request to be amended. i.e. Add Remove a task from the template request.
