Delegation within the tool is great - but needs to be more granular.  As a manager I may be responsible for multiple types of workflow approvals/tasks but only want specific individuals to handle specific templates in my absence.  It would be nice if the delegation could be setup at the workflow level (for all templates) and then any exceptions setup at the individual template level.  In other words - Joe can handle all of my approvals/tasks in my absences except for the New Employee Request - that should be handled by Sally.
