A configuration option to automatically close the call after it is resolved after a certain amount of time
When resolving a call (closure rules on), it would be great to have a configuration option that automatically 'Closes' the call after a certain amount of time.
There is a new Auto Close Call Feature in v9.8 where it will be possible to set certain criteria to determine which calls should be auto closed after a certain time period.
This Feature was delivered and is available in v10.
