Martijn would like the Quick Solutions to have the function to autopopulate the one liner for closure. This is to ensure that the user is informed correctly as the one liner is used in the communication for an automated close.

Another possibility is to have a checkbox that allows you to go to the "Closure Screen" of the call, when the Close option is checked in the creation process of the Quick Solution.
This way other fields like Reason does not have to be pre-populated, as they might differ, and can then correctly be completed.
