Searching for closed calls and requests

Ability to be able to search for calls and requests closed or resolved in more than a 4 week period.

 

Current functionality only allows you to search for open / resolved 1 week / resolved 4 weeks. Extend to be able to search for all closed/resolved calls irrespective of closure dats

    The Self Service Portal in ASM v10 now has the ability to search for calls and requests resolved within a date period.
