Automatically Close calls in a Resolved state after a set amount of time

Automatically Close calls after a set amount of time. Calls can thus stay in a Resolved state for a preset amount of days and then be closed automatically. We have a process where calls are in a Resolved state for 7 days for the customer to resolve, and then the call gets closed and they have to log a new call should the issue reoccur. Also, our service desk agents don't have to go and close the calls again.

Added to the Bulk close enhancement that has been shipped also.
