Add additional configuration options on Send Auto Reply within Incoming Email settings, specifically the ability to set what call states would generate an auto-reply. The best example I could think of is when you would want an incoming email to be able to update a closed call, but not necessarily automatically reopen the closed call. In this situation, you would want the person sending the email to know the call was updated and the assignee as well. Then they can determine if it is appropriate to reopen the call manually. Simply being able to set an option on what call states would generate an auto-reply would be useful too. We don't want to generate an auto-reply every single time an incoming email is received. It shouldn't be an all or nothing.
