Workflow designer improvements [7]- reminder frequency
It would be nice in approval tasks to be able to set a reminder frequency. Every x hours…or x days….it would resend the request for approval email. Notification of the resend should be written to the task history.

Approval Reminder feature in Customer Approval Tasks
Merged There is a function in Calls to setup a reminder whenever you Suspend a Call. There isn't a feature for Requests and I can understand why this is the case. However in the Request Workflows where there is a Customer Approval Task I think it would...1

Auto reminder for customer approvals
Merged Allow the setting of a time limit on a customer approval or task so that if it is not completed in the specified time frame a reminder is sent, and after a specified number of reminders the task is auto-closed rejected.1
Related Feature Suggestions
It would be good on "action tasks", e.g. Customer Approval, Task and Approval. I don't think it makes much sense on the other task types.
I would say tasks would be useful but less important than approvals. It would be good to be able to tailor the reminder notification via Designer as well.
I think reminders should be on all options for reqeust and task.
This feature would be very useful but I would want to specify the frequency per task on the workflow template. Some tasks would need hourly reminders but others could be monthly.
It would also be nice to have this on basic task too. We have officers who are sent a task to complete and actually do the work, but forget to close the task to move the workflow forward. We would also like to be able to set reminders for task, and suspend them too.
