Could we include the ability to do the Bulk close automatically after a set amount of time. Calls can thus stay in a Resolved state for a preset amount of days and then be closed automatically. We have a process where calls are in a Resolved state for 7 days for the customer to "check", and then the call gets closed and they have to log a new call should the issue reoccur.
