Adding "SERVICE" and "TYPE" fileds into BULK

Adding "SERVICE" and "TYPE" fileds into BULK CLOSURE window

If possible please add "SERVICE" and "TYPE" options to bulk closure window. I mean when closing several selected calls by bulk closure option it would be great to change service or call type for all selected calls at one time. At the moment it is possible only to type ONE LINER...
