Add email address to the call history for anonymous email updates

If the system does not recognise the email address and you have allowed anonymous updates then it will update the call but will add Email Email as the name on the entry. It would be useful to add the senders email address into the history update so that the analyst knows who has updated the call otherwise it is a case of having to look through the Activity Log if you do not want to have all emails added as an object to the calls.

    Hi Laurent, this feature was logged a while ago but so far has not received many votes. Feature Suggestions are included in future releases but we are looking to add the suggestions with the most votes first. The Status "Reviewed by Product Management" indicated the suggestion has been assessed and deemed suitable for product and will stay on that status until we review and assign it to a particular release for development.     This feature suggestion was proposed in 2019 but the status has not changed Reviewed by Alemba Product ManagerIt would be very useful to be able to offer this functionality in a future version.
