Allow Updates and New Call Logging via Email to be independent of each other

A number of customers want to use email to update calls/request/approval for ease for their users but want to encourage use of the self service for logging as the service catalogue provides them greater control over directing the call or request and therefore dont want customers to be able to log via email.

Additional function could be to include an auto reply if the subject line doesnt match an update/function not available.
