Can we add this as an option so that the call can be automatically be transferred to a Specified group for when a call has been incorrectly assigned. I understand that it can't be set to send to any group, else it can be used to bypass licensing, but just 1 group.
Allow us to set a list of email addresses that would be prohibited from logging calls in the system. For instance, we have a communications mail that informs everyone when something goes wrong in the business, but also logs a call because the subjects can vary. (The we have promotions mail, IT-update mails, etc.........)
