We have a feature request from our subcontractors who frequently use the service portal to have the system allow for upload of multiple files in one go. They frequently have to upload 4-6 files per ticket and zipping has not been seen as practical. If the system could be improved by allowing selection of multiple files when dong object upload, this would help speed up the process.
