If Service Desk have a Major incident with 150 child calls, is VSM capable to populate an update to all child calls with a single click? This functionality (multiple call update) is definitely something that needs to be included in future release. Our Client Service Desk had another incident recently, where multiple clients must have been updated in timely fashion. So multiple child tickets update is definitely “good to have feature”.
