My Portal Summary - Not Submitted Forms Option

Could a Not Submitted option be added under the My Portal Summary field on the Self Service Portal so that Customer's are fully aware of any forms they have not yet completed and do not need to click on one of the MY OPTIONS menu items to see the tickets listed. This way it is clear their ticket has not yet been submitted and still needs to be completed.
