Bulk Update Self Service Portal Field

Currently unable to update the 'self service portal' tick box for cmdb items in bulk. Can it be enabled to be included within cmdb import templates or the bulk change facility.

    For some reason I think the field in the Bulk Update tool is called "Not Visible in Portal" and this will toggle the Self Service Portal Checkbox on CMDB Items.


    This has now been reviewed by the Product Management Team and will monitor the number of votes this suggestion gets with other customers.
